The thematic scope of the conference is devoted to the topic of Tourism and recreation in metropolitan areas, and this year extended to include several aspects, given the highly dynamic changes occurring in the tourism, recreational and sports industry brought about by the pandemic.

No fees for BUP colleagues

We are pleased to inform you that it is possible for 15 BUP colleagues to apply for a BUP conference grant that covers the participation fee. BUP has financed 15 grants for researchers from Participating Universities. If you are interested in applying for a BUP grant, you need to:

• Register your participation in the conference and submit a paper and an article.
• Check if your University is part of the BUP network.
• In the online conference registration form check the box indicating your willingness to receive a BUP grant.
• Complete a short BUP Grant application, by 30 September.

Grant recipients will be notified by 10 October 2021.
